Scope

We research every integration, every API, every potential gotcha. The scope document tells you exactly what we're building, how it works, what we need from you, and what's explicitly out of scope. No surprises.

Build

Fixed-fee build. You pay 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. We build in phases — you see working software at every checkpoint, not just at the end. Nothing launches without your approval.

• Escalated decisions come to you with options and trade-offs
• Human-in-the-loop checkpoints where AI has limitations

Maintain

Systems that aren't maintained stop working. We host it, monitor it, fix bugs, push improvements, and expand it as your needs change. The retainer keeps us aligned with you — our incentive is to keep your system running well, not to ship and disappear.
