About GoIppo Systems
An AI consulting and implementation firm based in North Georgia. We build custom AI agent systems for mid-market businesses — then maintain and expand them so they keep working.
Why we exist
Mid-market businesses — manufacturers, construction firms, service companies — have the same repetitive workflow problems that AI can solve. But the solutions available don't fit: enterprise consultants cost $100K+ and deliver slide decks. Off-the-shelf SaaS is too generic for industry-specific workflows. And hiring an in-house AI engineer means $120K–$180K/year for one person who may or may not deliver.
We fill the gap. Custom systems built around how your company actually operates, at a price point that makes sense for a 50-person shop. Fixed fees, not hourly billing — our speed is the leverage, and we don't penalize ourselves for being efficient.

How we're different
We build and ship.
This site's daily AI brief is written and published autonomously by Ippo — our in-house agent. Same architecture we ship to clients: working systems, not reports.
We know what works because we've shipped it.
We run on the same architecture we sell — Ippo publishes our blog, a scoping agent powers /scope, and agents handle our internal discovery, scope drafting, and delivery ops. That experience shows up in client work: we know which workflows AI handles well, where the rough edges are, and how to scope honestly.
Georgia-first, in-person available.
For Georgia businesses, having a consultant who can drive to your facility and see the workflow in person matters. National firms can't offer this at our price point.
Fixed fees, not hours.
We price by problem complexity across three tiers. Hourly billing punishes speed — our speed is the leverage. You know the cost before we start.
